Hi guys,
I'm not sure if i'm the only one with this problem but I can't seem to find the mods folder for Factorio. I looked in the appdata folder but there was no factorio folder. There is a base mod in the mods section of the game but I don't know where it is. I am playing on Factorio v0.12.3 on a Windows 10 pc.

The mods folder is in the factorio directory in appdata/roaming,
or if you're playing with the zip version it will be in the factorio directory wherever you unzipped it to

If you can't find the appdata folder and you've installed the installer version, try opening the run dialog by pressing Win+R, then enter

Code: Select all

%appdata%\Factorio

and click OK. It then should open the correct folder.

I realised my Comodo Antivirus sandboxed it so I added it to exceptions and now it works!!! (By the way I said that i did try the appdata folder)
