11.22 Save game wont load in 12.20

Hi,
I have an unmodified version 11.22 of factorio on a laptop and have saved a game from there.
I have just installed the latest stable release 12.20 onto my PC and I want to load the game from the laptop to the PC.
I copied the save zip to the %appdata%/factorio/saves directory, loaded the game and got the following message:
Migrated Content. Changed Entities. green-thin-tree->tree-02 2986
followed by this error:
Error while running the event handler: C:/Program Files/Factorio/data/core/lualib/story.lua:39: attempt to index local 'story' (a nil value)

The game then fails to load.

I have attached the save file and the most recent log in the roaming directory
