Charged Twice for the game

So i bought factorio last night and after waiting a few hours i had not received the game key, i checked my bank to see that i was charged twice for the game, i sent an email to support, 12 hours later i still have not heard back from them, still havn't received my key either, is there a phone number i can call or something cause this is pretty frustrating i bought this cause my friends could not stop talking about this game but so far this has been a huge disappointment.. and yes i made sure the email i used when ordering the game was correct

They need time to process the e-mail you have sent. I always say give them 48 hours to respond. Then sent another email or ask on the forum.
