Can't turning shot at any angle (shotgun)

Why i was can shoot from any angle with my shotgun in 0.11.22 ver, but can't in 0.12.8? Only 8 directions like old gamepads.

This was a 12.8 Bug so upgrading 12.9 will fix this. Unless you play MP I suggest staying with 12.8 then or going to 12.7
