As the title suggests, i didn't get a key for space age after purchasing via the website(humble payment).

When I click the link to the key in the email, humble shows a page stating "This key page has been claimed by another user."

I successfully ordered the expansion and have a receipt, but not my key..

its not on my list of purchases either.

Solution: make sure you are logged into humble with the email adress that you used for the purchase. (I used my old email that i used to buy factorio back in 2015 with)

Turns out I have 2 humble accounts...

Oh, I am not the only one, what a relief.
I thought maybe it was something about me not having humble account.
Looks we will need to wait for Wube to sort this out.
I am planning to finish my 1.0 megabase before playing SA anyway

If you didn't get the email from humblebundle with your key I suggest using their support form as well. It's also possible that their servers are a bit overloaded as well and it'll just take some time to resolve on its own.

I got the email from humble with link to get the key. The page at the end of the link said that the key was already claimed.
Given the humble support has info they reply within 9 business days, it seems Wube could speed things up a bit, especially it seems it happened more than once.

If you buy a key with an email address that already has a Humble account, sometimes they just auto-assign in to your Humble account, and you need to sign in to see the key.

Yes, turns out I have 2 humble accounts, one for my old email I used to buy factorio, and one for my most recent email adress

I have a similar issue, except I never received an email! Payment went through, though the process was a bit slow. I don't have a humble account so kind of stuck for what to do. Any help or pointers greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your response Sanqui. I'm sorry to report that I have now paid for the game twice and am still unable to access it.

A number of people have had issues with humblebundle so I guess the problem lies there, but their estimated time to respond to support tickets is 7 days. Nothing like the dedication you lovely people are showing x

I filled support ticket at humble and they had read it within 2h from filling it. So much better than they claim. (But I got help here to find out the problem - I already had humble account linked to my email - try recovering password, and check if you have SA in library). Also, did you get any email from humble? If not maybe it was landing in spam?

All sorted, humble bundle sorted everything out their end with zero friction. Now I'm off to play it, see you in a million years! X
