[1.1.X]

I've been experiencing an issue with my game where all in-game sounds, including music, are distorted and broken. This issue started after an autosave of my current playthrough.

I expect my sound to be fine without any issues, but it has been challenging.

I've tried removing all my mods, switching to multiple different beta states of the game, verifying files, and reinstalling and uninstalling, but nothing seems to work. This issue occurs when I can hear any sound, such as menu music, and I haven't found a way to resolve it. I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere on the forum or in the upcoming bug fixes for 2.0.

So far, nothing has changed the outcome, and it has happened every time.

I'm very sorry if this post is disorganized; this is my first time posting here on the Factorio bug report forums.

Hello,
can you attach you config.ini?

I assume you've already tried resetting sound settings to their defaults?

Do you have a different audio interface available to try by any chance (USB sound card, USB headphones or something like that)?

Yeah sure thing,

Yes I have reset all my sound settings

My current audio set-up is a Logitech PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED I do have other devices but even when I would switch between them they would still have the same output

Can you also check what is the Default Format for your headphones (in Speaker Properties in Sound Control Panel; do you use some third party audio software/driver?)

The format is 16-bit 48000 Hz (DVD Quality). The drivers have not been recently updated since this issue started. I do have third-party software for my headset, the Logitech G Hub.

This couldn't cause an issue though, as no settings for the headset have been changed, and the last update was 2 months before this issue started. Since you mentioned the third-party driver, I have turned some stuff off and changed some major settings, but it doesn't seem to impact anything at all, even though it probably can't for this issue anyways.

The settings I am currently running I have put in the attachments as screenshots
