How do i use a Zip file?

I noticed that some people will post their creations as .zip for download So how do I load the files into Factorio once I have them Thanks in advance 
You can place the .zip file in the save folder, and it will then show when you try to "load game".

the most common on windows would be C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\saves
