Crash at the main menu

I've a modded game I've been playing across 3 computers - windows desktop, windows laptop, and a steam deck. On the laptop and the steamdeck, everything's been running perfectly well (well, some fps issues, but totally playable).
On the desktop, the game just crashes a couple of minutes after startup. There's nothing in the log. It even crashes without me loading the saved game, just in the menu.
Any idea how to debug this? As far as I can tell it only happens with the modded version, but all the platforms have the same mod versions.

And then sometimes it runs for 10 minutes, then crashes for no obvious reason. Log from this run:

Next run, managed a couple of minutes then crash:

Neither of those logs show any crash in them. Have you checked the windows event logs to see if it has recorded any abnormal termination of the game?

Not sure it tells me much, but does reinforce my theory that it is related to my nvidia drivers (which would explain why the desktop and not the laptop/steamdeck).
At least it's something, thanks for the idea!
I have updated my drivers, I suppose maybe I should try mucking with the graphic settings in the game?
