My Game Crashes After X amount of Time passes!

Hello there,
I play factorio modded & everything seems fine at first but after long periods of playing my game will choke. In the process I can see the memory rising & my whole pc will slow down entirely but even after I close factorio my computer is suffering from the slowness unless I restart. I can imagine it's a memory leak but I do not know what mod is causing it.

I have a second issue which I cannot update my factorio because one of my mods access a file which the main game has it's info in too & I don't know which mod causes this so hopefully the logs can explain that as well.
