[1.1.81] Problems with connection to Server (catching up)

We have a big map. The file has 100Mb. If i try connect to the Server the connection process will stuck at catching up. The Server consumes much memory over 9Gb.
If try to start the downloaded map local the game starts but hangs at the beginning for a few minutes. After this playing is normal possible but the game consumes a lot of memory over 10Gb. We have tried to start the Map as local Server but no connection is possible the client stuck at catching up.
May be someone has any idea what we can try.
