Error 520, can't login into my account in game,SSL\TLS problem

Hello there!
Error 520.
This issue was with me for a while, tho i have logged in and played with my friends successfully not so long ago.
For a day i searched internet in ways to solve this problem.
Things i tried -
Cloud save - disabling,deleting,
Reinstalling the game from steam a couple of times
Installing the standalone version
Clearing all saves, all files, including appdata/roaming/factorio and steam user cache
Tried to insert token directly into player data json, now game shows that i am logged in, but it still gives me the error 520 when i try to host game
Cliked hello world links that i found, it all works
Unlinked my previous account from steam and created a new one
Disabled firewall and antivirus
i found that vpn and such stuff could be the case, and i have some UNACTIVE vpns, like
nordvpn
psiphon3

So now i am completely out of ideas, please help! <3

Can you provide a full log that has your system information? Are you on Windows 7 or an older version of MacOS that may not have current certificates?

I was able to reproduce the issue but not the same error by revoking the cloudflare CA the Factorio site uses. I can't really imagine that's the case for you, considering you're on a recent version of Windows. Can you make sure any VPNs aren't running and disable their network adapters and test again?

You can disable adapters by pressing Windows Key + X together and selecting Network Connections from the list that pops up. For me, the next step is to select "change adapter options" after which I can click each and disable them, but this may differ on later versions of Windows 10 like you have.

Disabled all vpn network adapters, but there was something strange -
First RadminVpn didnt want to disable, so i had to shut down some random radmin task in task manager(radmin was off btw)
Second one was NordVpn, something called NordLynx, coudnt disable it, so i just deleted whole NordVpn.
Restarted computer, still same error 520.

Whatever, for those who will run into that issue """solution""" is kinda simple
When you or someone you will play with host game, just uncheck things like public, verify user identity.
Friends still can join you through steam, and you can download mods from the website manually.
