Players can't join public server

Hi everybody,
I've just setted-up a linux server following https://www.vultr.com/docs/how-to-insta ... debian-11/
The problem is that, while I am able to join, other players can't.

We have both a steam account and are both registered on the forum and I don't know why the server replies to him that it's not reachable while it works fine for me, even if the only thing that changes is that to me the server replies with this:

The logged reason for the disconnect is UserVerificationMissing, meaning he is not logged in.

What does it mean? Where should they be logged? :/
(Right now I settled public as false and I removed the user auth and everything works fine but, anyway, I'd like to fix the issue)

You say registered on the forum but do you also mean logged in inside the game itself? It does have a login system, for multiplayer purposes. It's in the settings.

Depends on their settings and license. Post the client log of a session with the issue.
