OS X Ventura with scratching

I'm playing with OS X Ventura(13.0)
If I visit working a lot of robots(about 400 bots), wherever I go game display is scratching.
I Play with OS X Mavericks before, I never seen that.

Do you have same phenomena like me?

OS X 13.0
M1 MacBook Pro (8GB RAM)
Factorio Version 11.70
