I'm having similar Issues. I'm building a reactor using bots, and the game crashes because of a HeatBuffer error. (Version is 1.1.61)
I attatched a save file which will crash after a while when unpaused. In case it doesn't spawn you in correctly, the reactor being built is at the top of the map

Based on the green "Split" in the first post, I think one of the mods split your post into its own thread.
Edit: And looking at your log, I'm guessing the reason why is because while your crash was with the heatbuffermanager, it was for different reasons.

Because if you look at the crash section of the logs they are very different. They start off differently, they are very different lengths, the actual stack trace starts at different points, and they ultimately result in different messages being displayed to the player.
Aside from that, I didn't notice this the first time, the linked thread is in the resolved bugs section. Even if the errors are the same and the devs merely improved the error detection logic since then, you probably shouldn't report a new occurrence of an old bug (Edit) to a thread (/edit) that's in the resolved section. I believe correct procedure there is to create a new thread and, if you believe it is related, link to the related resolved thread.

I tried to reproduce the issue, i got all mods in exact version, game was compiled from the exact commit a release was made from, prototypes changed flag was verified and it was not set, i was following exact numbers of ticks (from the save file and from the crash log) to reproduce the issue but everything works fine. Do you have any exact steps of how to reproduce the issue?

Not really no. I just popped the save file in and ran it. After a few ticks it crashed.

This only happened once? Did you try reproducing it?

I did. Multiple times i loaded the save, and it crashed every time
