Yesterday I installed the latest Space Exploration (0.6.x), and while I was playing around in a new game, all my blueprints were suddenly deleted from the shelf. Then I tried to restore the blueprints from the blueprint-storage-backup.dat, but the game crashed while loading the reverted storage again and again.

I have no idea what happened and seems that all of my blueprints created over the past 5 years are gone and I can't load any save files right now.

I've uploaded the save file and the screenshot which could help reproduce the crashing.

Looks like you're using the blueprint cloud sync feature, which IIRC makes Factorio load it from a different place than normal. Wiki doesn't say it but I believe it's in Steam's remote folder for the game - default is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[user number]\427520\remote".

Check there for a blueprint storage file.

Or turn off the feature, that might do it.

Though it works, all my blueprints are lost.
Is there any way to manually fix the dat file?

Possibly, but you will have to wait for a dev to take a look at it. Alternative you can try 94427.
