[1.1.53] Wen Updating/Downloading Mod Could Not Resolve Host

1. i launched the game and desided to just update the mods befor playing.
2. what happend instead was that the mods failed to download/update.
3. i expected the mods to just update wile i wait and grab something to drink.

so how do i repreduse this well for me its very simple just click play on steam then click mods button in main menu then select updates tab in the top and click update selected.

it happens 100% of the time and i do not get a difirent outcome.

more context: en updating or instaling mods from inside the game i get this message Download failed: Could not resolve host: dl-mod.factorio.com.
i have ben playing the game for past 3ish weeks without problems with mods untill 3 days ago where i nolonger am able to do so.

my etemts on fixing it my self are restarting game, verifying files integrity of game, download from browser, ping dl-mod.factorio.com from command prompt with same result.

Since pinging does not work I'd try to change the dns, either in the router or your machines network adapter.

oh wow thank you i fought it was to obvius so i did not even try to change my DNS becuse of that i feal stupid i gues cloudflare (1.1.1.1) has issues and not me...

I'm getting a result from cloudflare myself, maybe a temporary issue?
