Error starting server after update to 1.41

I'm having trouble getting my server to start after updating to 1.41. It went from 1.35 all the way through, but kept failing at the update to 1.41. After a couple tries it seems to have done it but I think something failed along the way, as this is now what I get when trying to start the server: (factorio-current.og)
