How to move weapon window to the bottom right?

How to move weapon window to the bottom right?

Can anybody help with weapon window? Before upgrade it resided at bottom right of the game window. How can i move it to old location?

You can move it so that it is touching the quickbar, but you can't put in on the bottom right.
