In my opinion it is more of a inconsistency than a bug.

I am unable to open character screen (default hotkey E) depends on direction I am running to.

Holding two keys W+D (running top right) - unable to open character screen
S+D (bottom-right) - unable to open
S+A (bottom left) - can be opened
A+W (top left) - can be opened

I know it's one of most stupid reports and I am ashamed by reporting such a silly thing but you guys made this game literally BUG FREE. Some companies should learn from you guys

That is a limitation of your keyboard.

What you are experiencing is inablity of keyboard to detect 3rd key press with other 2 being pressed due to limitations described on wiki here:
