[0.18.2] (Minor) Console cursor position sometimes too far right.

Reproduction:

Open the chat console and type "test ,' test" (without double quotes)
Move the cursor between the comma and the single quote.
Observe how the cursor is shown right of the single quote even though it's logically positioned left of the quote.
Repeatedly press (space , backspace) to observe the cursor render snapping in and out of the wrong position.

Looks limited to the apostrophe, like the kerning is funky.
