[0.16.35] Tree doesn't allow to enter to vehicles

Hi, while I was building my rail network, I found a bug. In some cases, trees can block you from entering any vehicle, It is harder to reproduce on other vehicles other than the train.
Steps to reproduce:
1. build a horizontal rail, that has trees very close to it.
2. place a train next to the tree
3. Stand next to the tree, as close as you can to the train.
4. Try to enter, sometimes you can. sometimes you can't.

Expected behavior:
I expect the tree not to block the train.
Attached the save for example. no mods.
In the save, try to enter the train from where you loaded, then try to enter after you walked a little bit to the right.
Only after walking you can enter the train. If you returned to the same place, you can't enter again.

Well, you could say that tree is blocking your way.

While it's a bit inconsistent, this is a minor issue and it's not worth overly complicating the vehicle collision logic for. Not to mention it's extremely rare.
