I've noticed that logistic bots get warped over the chunk edge.

This is not directly clear but when say 5000 bots are active, you can clearly distinguish chunk edges based on the bot swarm.

They seem to offset a bit up and to the right.

It's hard to capture in a screenshot but should be visible in the save posted here. (go to botbase)

Thanks for the report. I've been aware of the issue but haven't fixed it due to potential performance implications of doing so.

It doesn't really harm anything to be as it is so for now I'm going to leave it.
