[0.13.0] New Train Smoke Not Aligned Correctly

In 0.13.0, with the new train graphics, the smoke from the exhaust is not consistent with the vertical and horizontal positions and the direction the train is moving. If you are going straight left or right it is exiting from the middle of the train. When it is traveling north is it closer to where I think the exhaust should be, while going south it is on the wrong end. It is easier to see this in motion but in a still image it is easier to see the difference while traveling in a diagonal line northwards vs southwards.
