[2.0.10] Map is highlightable behind Remote View Schedule

Entities on the Map are highlightable behind the left side of the Remote View UI when a Locomotive is open. Or another phrasing, the Map extends outside of the "visible" portion in the Remote View Window.

Steps to reproduce:
- Click a Locomotive to open the Remote View window
- Move the mouse cursor over the "Schedule" portion of the Window
- Push (or Hold) the Ctrl- or Shift- modifier key to make a Temporary/Permanent schedule change
- Wave the cursor around until it is "over" a Rail (Ctrl-) or Stop (Shift-) entity
- Observe that a Green Path is highlighted! This indicates that a Path has been calculated to the Cursor's location, despite the cursor not being "on the map"
- Clicking does not make any Schedule change; but it does cancel the Green Path.

Expectation: No Green Path should be highlightable while cursor is outside of the Map portion of the Remote View window.

Hmmm..... I have tried to reproduce this on a different computer, and I am seeing (slightly) different behaviour from Ctrl- and Shift-..... It does appear that the Map is highlighting / Train Path is calculated, but the modifier key must be held down to trigger it. I will review my configuration for differences and re-visit this report.

Hello,

The behavior of the Ctrl- and Shift- modifier keys was due to StickyKeys being enabled on one computer…. So that was at least some of my confusion.

The Green Path is still being calculated to the cursor’s “behind” windows, especially the Locomotive schedule UI as in the original report. I can post an updated reproduction steps/video if desired.
