[0.17.68] Inserter/Belt Behavior

We are aware of them, but they have low priority. We have more important things to do. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

[0.17.68] Inserter/Belt Behavior

Hello everyone. I've not been able to find a report quite like this one before, but please forgive any unintended duplication on my part.

Consider the scenario above -- I'm unloading a train, but the demand for uranium is low which means the belts stay pretty full and only a few of the inserters are needed to keep up.

[Current behavior]
1. R1 and R6 operate normally.
2. L1 and L4 operate normally.

[Expected behavior]
1. R1 and R6 operate normally (true).
2. L1 and L6 operate, but for some reason L4 is given priority, while the mirror to this is false (e.g. R3 is not given priority) even though the conditions are exactly the same.

EDIT: I created a save file using only the creative mod that demonstrates this issue.

EDIT 2: I removed my original save and attached a dedicated save file for this issue to the original post.

However things like this don't really matter, and are considered minor issues
