Consider this scenario:
[ ] [ghost] [ ]
building
[UG] [ghost] [UG]
removes pipe ghost in the middle. Video describes it best.
If there is 2 tiles between UG pipes, it does not remove ghost pipe.
Factorio on linux/steam, just in case..
