[1.1.38] Construction bot doesn't wait for the character to move out of the way of connecting pipe

When ghost placing a connecting pipe (regular or underground, connecting to an assembler or a different pipe) while standing in the way of the pipe, in some edge cases (literally) the construction bot doesn't wait for the character to move out of the way and places the pipe anyway, resulting in the character getting stuck in the pipe.
