[1.1.11] Crash to Desktop when dragging belts into Fog of war / Outside of Radar coverage

Not sure if it relates to viewtopic.php?f=30&t=94399

However wen I drag a ghost entity of Belts on the mapview to queue the construction get a crash the second I hit the area outside of radar coverage
