[1.1.2]Map Screen Biter Bug

I've noticed that on the map screen; when viewing Biter bases on the edge a radar dishes range of visibility, all the Biters are stationary when they are idling around the base, the only ones that move are the ones that are preparing for an attack, or have just been spawned and run over to join the group ready to attack. I believe it's just an issue with the game wrongly thinking that some of the Biters shouldn't be visible so they have their AI frozen to prevent unnecessary lag. Their AI only appears to freeze when the player is far away from the Biter.
