[1.0.0] MacOS Multiplayer random hang when autosaving

I have an intermittent hang that has only happened when hosting a multiplayer game from my MacOS laptop (Steam build). The log file is attached and I have the save game also available.
The final lines in the log are:
1568.749 Info AppManager.cpp:278: Saving to _autosave1 (non-blocking).
1568.936 Info AsyncScenarioSaver.cpp:144: Saving process PID: 75023
1569.566 [75023] Info BlueprintShelf.cpp:734: Saving blueprint storage.
Possibly related, last week I was getting an alert stating cloud blueprint storage could not be loaded/saved and local storage would be used. I tried deleting all my blueprints in the storage and then adding them back book by book and had appeared to be stable before this hang appeared this week.
This has not occurred at all in single player games with the same save file. Only in multi-player and not with every auto-save.
