I get no 10 minute countdown when I start the landing on the rocket defense, nor do the waves of biters/spitters come. It did this in my 0.10.x game and now in the 0.11.16 game too. I don't get the final scoreboard either, the game just continues...

I run Windows 7 x64, Intel Q6600 CPU, 8gb RAM, 560GTX 2gb VRAM.

Yup, this bit is broken. We will work on the endgame content soon.

Are you actually crafting, and placing the rocket defense? Not just researching it.
I've only finished a game on peaceful mode so far, so I don't know about whether the biters will come to attack, but the countdown and stats should happen.
