[0.18.45] Minor graphical issues

Hello, I am playing Factorio with the latest version and with Krastorio 2 mod, I noticed that whenever I want to add an icon mark to map and I have the electric network on that icon is on bottom rather than be on top electric network making sometimes hard to see the icon, see images below:

Lastly I noticed that the inserter hand have the same issue, it's on top and sometimes have a strange looks like on the screenshot below, not a big deal however but I thought you might take a look.
