[0.18.37] Pippette tool/ put items into inventory key does not work

Hi there

When playing on version 0.18.37 (the blueprint update) in both multiplayer and singleplayer games it appears that the default action for the Q key does not actually work. It tries to put the item away but it just appears right back in the cursor. attached is a video of this happening in multiplayer where the effect is more obvious. Singleplayer it appears to never leave the cursor at all.

In the video I am pressing Q and nothing happens

This is avoidable by turning off the pick ghost item if none available option in Interface settings but removes the ability to place ghosts without 1 of the item in your inventory.
