TL;DR Cable Shadows have the same Patern of the cable itself but it should be the inverted.
The Cables are sagging due to gravity and the long distance of the Cable.
Still the shadow casted on the ground is the same Patern as the Cable.
It should be "inverted". Sagging shadow for vertical wires
and straight shadow for horizontal wires and all in between.
Logically the cable going vertical is still sagging but due to perspective we don't see that.
Simply speaking the Shadow is the obstructed part of the suns/light-sources perspective.
Right now we would need to assume that the Cable is under a lot of tension vertically
and very slack horizontally with very strong wind blowing from North to South.
