Ghosted Down new solar field and Bots are not putting down solar panels or batteries.
There is 2k+ bots in the network and mats in the provider chests.

There where few helper mods, removing them did not help.
Previous solar fields on this map in 0.18.10-11 where constructed fine.

Some 25min after the save, 45min after they where given mats they started running.

So not a bug just too much stuff to do.

Weird thing is that other construction bots, fixing walls replacing turrets where running fine that whole time.
