[0.17.79] Cliff Sprites render on top of belts.

Title says it all really, I've noticed that the cliff sprites are rendering on top of the belts next to them in my base. Not exactly game-breaking but I thought I'd mention it. I've attached a screenshot below, and I'm happy to provide further info if you guys need it!
