[0.11.10] No BG image if you re-size window during loading

If you re-size the factorio window while the game is loading, the background image dose not appear.

this is a bug that has been reported before, and been around for a while.
First time I noticed it was in 0.9.8.
It's just a low priority thing.

Ah, I did look though the sub forum and all the sub sub forums but somehow managed to miss it.
Please can a moderator either delete this thread, merge it with this one
