I can scroll the list by moving the cursor to the window and using the scroll wheel of my mouse, but it would be more intuitive if there was a scrollbar.

I just noticed that in 0.17.74, the mod settings window doesn't have a scrollbar:

A good mod deserves a good changelog. Here's a tutorial (WIP) about Factorio's way too strict changelog syntax!
