There is a minor problem with the way item delivery to blueprinted trains is performed:
If you build a factory (or any other entity) by blueprint and then manually fulfill the item request, the "Item Request Slot" indicator (the blue thingie) disappears. This behavior has at some point been changed as it was not like that in earlier versions, see viewtopic.php?f=23&t=39572 .
However, as far as trains are concerned, this does not happen (for example, if you paste a train onto a station that readily fills up the fuel). The request slot remains and the logistic network will try to deliver the blueprinted items. In the attached screenshot, the locomotive's fuel storage is already filled up by the inserters, but the blue triangle is still in place.
