[0.17.35] Multilevel technology prerequirements

*first spotted at 0.17.34*
Many multilevel technologies for levels above 1 and before infinite stage don't have corresponding science packs as prerequired technology. Therefore, they can be queued before science packs can be produced.

Full list (sorry for my english):
* shooting damage & shooting speed (lvl 2: green; lvl3: military; lvl 5: blue; lvl 6: yellow)
* character logistic slots (lvl 2: blue; lvl 4: yellow; lvl 6: purple)
* character trash slots (lvl 2: blue; lvl 3: yellow; lvl 5: purple)
* research speed (lvl 3: blue; lvl 5: purple; lvl 6: yellow)
* explosive damage (lvl 2: military; lvl 3: blue; lvl 4: yellow)
* inserter stack bonus (lvl 3: blue; lvl 4: purple; lvl 7: yellow)
* mining productivity (lvl 2: blue; lvl 3: purple & yellow)
* laser shooting speed (lvl 3: blue; lvl 5: yellow)
* laser damage (lvl 4: blue; lvl 5: yellow)
* fire damage (lvl 3: blue; lvl 4: yellow)
* robot following count (lvl 3: blue)
* worker robot speed (lvl 3: yellow; lvl 5: purple)
* train tracksion force (lvl 3: purple; lvl 6: yellow)
* worker robot capacity (lvl 2: purple; lvl 3: yellow)

Why then science pack technologies are set as prerequirements for other technologies?

Because they're not mid-tiers.
