[0.17.24] Personal Roboport Build Radius Disappears

While I was building a train track and fishing I noticed that the green roboport construction radius wasn't displaying for my character. Bots were still working, I just couldn't see the area they could work in. Toggling the personal roboport off and on didn't fix it. The next thing I tried -- saving, quitting to the main menu, and loading -- temporarily fixed the problem but it happened again while I was walking, and walking in the other direction past the point where it disappeared made it reappear.

It seems like the area in which the roboport doesn't disappear changes depending on the particular save file. Maybe it's when moving away from the player's position at the time of saving.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load attached "c260" save file in 0.17.24. (Or any save file with a personal roboport, I think. I saw the same problem just now when loading a much older save.)
2. Press Alt+D to bring up the deconstruction planner.
3. Green construction area box around player appears.
4. Walk southeast following the train tracks.
5. Green construction area box around player disappears as I approach the landfill bridge.
