[0.17.19] Crash when opening Research Tab or interacting with a Lab (Multiplayer)

What did you do?
Multiplayer -> Host new game -> Advanced
* Change Recipes from Normal to Expensive
* Change Technologie from Normal to Expensive
Hit play -> i think i changed the AFK auto kick to 30mins aswell. -> Hit play again and the Map starts.
Press T to open a new research...
What happened?
The Game stops and opens an Error Message:

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
It should open the window to pick a research.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always with the steps mentioned above.
