0.17.17: achievements: when disabled, german explanation text too big for panel to fit

a solution could be just to say that the achievemnt has been disabled in the main panel and provide details in a hovering tooltip of flexible size.

What should "Es gibt keinen Löffel" even mean?
There is no such German saying.

It was probably pulled from some German translation of The Matrix. At least, that's the closest reasoning I could find from my searches.

The matrix reference seemed pretty obvious to me at least.
Some might not know, but thats always an issue with pop culture references.
The problem at hand is, that the reason for disabling the achievement is not displayed in full, but gets cut off mid sentence.
So actually i still dont know why becaue the most important part cannot be read.

yap, it is indeed.
i did search before posting but somehow didnt find it - probably because of the misspelling of the word achievement.
