[0.17.17] Power poles not honoring ghosts

This appears to have been reported before, but I would disagree that this is working as it should.

Steps to reproduce:
Put down 3 poles, use a copper cable to remove the 3 connections.
Place red wire connections between the 3 poles.
Blueprint these poles.
Place blueprint on the ground
The ghost blueprint on the ground will show that it should only be connecting the red wires together. However when the items are actually built, it adds the copper connections back in. This is quite misleading as everything works as you would expect up until the item is actually placed. Either the blueprint should no longer attempt to copy these connections and just use the final model result, or the final result should match the blueprint.
