[0.17.6] GUI non-responsive

Not sure how I managed to break this one.

Placed a bunch of power poles, opened a gui, added some coal to a miner - tried to use the inventory screen to pick out my new items, no response from game.
Clicked a power pole - none of the filter buttons work (5s, 1m, 10m ...)
Opened a Miner, cannot add more fuel - I can see the progress of the machine though.
Opened a chest - can't interact with the contents.

Opened the blueprint menu - cannot interact with any prints.

Pressed Esc - Cannot interact with the menu.

Restarted Game.

Reloading save seems to have resolved the issue.

This seems to be happening quite often but we have no idea what it is.
A full process dump might give us something to look in. If you encounter the problem again, go to task manager, right click on factorio.exe and select "Create Dump File". It will be a large 2GB file but you can compress it to about 100-200MB and then upload it somewhere for us.
Thanks.

I have experienced a similar issue with the UI randomly becoming unresponsive for a few seconds to a minute. I haven't had to restart my game for the UI to come back, yet. Typically it lasts about 5-10 seconds. But once it lasted a few minutes.
It happened again a few minutes ago and I created a dump file, compressed it and a link to the Zip file is below.
The UI was only responsive for about 3 seconds this time around so the dump file was created right after the UI came back, but hopefully it helps.
