[0.17.4] [W10] Swap Buffers Failed

What did you do? In game just returned to 'home base' from destroying aliens. got out of jeep, saved game, game crashed.
What happened? Game crashed and dialogbox displayed: DXGISwapChanin:Present Error - See Screenshot
What did you expect to happen instead? Game should not halt and display dialog


[0.17.4] [Win64, Steam, build 43174] No Mods.

Running Intel i5 at 2.8GHz, Coffee Lake Version 1803, 16 GB RAM, ASUSTeK PRIME Z370-P (LGA1151), 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

I reported my event given its in 0.17.4

As per original post. [0.17.4] [W10] Swap Buffers Failed

Now in 0.17.16 and problem remains.

Happening more frequently it seems - three times today. Last crash game crashed to black screen.

now in 0.17.17
crashes frequently (at least once every session)
is this a problem with the game or a problem with my PC?
(doesn't seem many folk have this issue and its been occurring since 0.17.2 so maybe its me?)
