Introduction crash at first few minutes

This happened twice when compilatron goes to "show some automated mining at the first few steps of Introduction.

The scenario level caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the scenario author.

Error while running event level::on_tick (ID 0)
LuaEntity API call when LuaEntity was invalid.

I believe this is the same bug as viewtopic.php?f=226&t=66361 which I am also experiencing.
