[0.17.00] Scenario crash on Introduction stage

Scenario causes a non-recoverable error when moving on to the second base, error happens every time in the attached save.
I emptied all of the wrecks around the area.

Slight debugging:
Remembered I had a ghost placed for a bit of a belt trick, noticed the error on attacking a no-health target. Removed ghost, error doesn't happen anymore.
