[0.16.36] Cliff Rendering + Some items.

I'm sure this will just be one of those live with it things, but I just noticed it. I'm sure the pictures below will explain.

Cliffs overlap on the items above.

List:
Inserter
Belt/Underground/splitters
Signal
Rail
Gun+Laser+Flame Turret
Heat Pipes


Expected: They lay over cliffs, not under.

I feel that they should have the same overlay as all the other buildings, they overlap on the cliffs, like pipes go over, and not under.
