[0.16.26] Objects not on body after death

So since 16.26, my buddy and I have died a few times whilst upgrading our rail network, which we have done many times previously. However, since 26 when we go back to our corpses, there are no item there other than 50 chests, or construction bots. Nothing else. It's happened quite a few times now and the chaps on discord seem to think we should post it as a bug as a few people have mentioned it in chat.
